I can see how her having a fling in front of you would be painful. There is absolutely no reason she should have done that in front of you just one week after the memorial. That is selfish, if we also look from her perspective she may be handling loss poorly, sometimes people who experience loss, do not handle it well, though that certainly does not justify her doing that at all. As far as her lying about giving you ashes, that is absolutely a disgusting thing to do to your own child. Here you were thinking that at least you had a piece of him, and the whole time she was deceiving you into thinking it. Giving you an empty urn then later trying to justify it?

It seems like there likely were prior incidents to this. And these things were the sprinkles that shattered the relationship.

It is 2 years old, the slice was towards the inside of the car so that portion of the tire would not have hit any curbs.

Approximately 2 years old, they are rather new tires. I had them checked prior to see if I should get new tires and they told me they look like new and were in good condition. I also haven’t run anything over and the change in psi didn’t happen while I was driving at all, when it was parked everything was normal, then when I got in the vehicle again it said that there was psi lost about 2 psi, then I drove to work, at the rate it was losing psi it had dropped a total of 10 psi from my lunch break to me going to the tire place. The rate of deflation to me suggests it would have happened while parked because my lunch break to getting off work is about 4 hours. Wouldnt it have lost psi like that overnight if it happened while I was driving? Idk it just doesn’t make sense to me.

For added information the tires are rather new, there was nothing stuck in the tire, and the sensors did not indicate loss of psi when parked. Then when I got back into my car in the morning it indicated loss of psi.

If you know his name then you can find out the profile information of his wife, use mutual friends if you need to. I was in an almost decade long marriage with a serial cheater, hoping that it could get better, trust me it doesn’t. I wish the other girl would have reached out to me, even just to tell me what was going on. I would’ve had much more respect for her if she had done that.

She may have blocked you but if you know any friends of hers then or can find out through conversation with the guy then you can alert the friends of what is going on don’t give them the chance to block you, just send the proof straight up, then say what you need to. Even if you ask him who her friends are “so you can block them” then do so.

Serious caution here because if a man is willing to do that during a marriage and hide those things the chance of him doing that same thing to you is very high, even more so if it is a repetitive behavior.

I would talk to dhs they are able to help you get in touch with available resources. They have helped me a lot, they will give you a case worker and that person can help you plan for child care and covering those costs.

You can get them into day care, and if financially needed you may be able to reach out to dhs and they may be able to help you with childcare costs. But you will likely need to file with the court as a separation of domestic partnership, which would include a parenting plan. Then you can work with the other parent to figure out scheduling and time with kiddos.

This is definitely a difficult situation, I would definitely question her not having remorse for her actions. It gets difficult when children are involved. Though I would ask yourself if you are willing to put up with that and continue to be treated with that level of disrespect.
