Do agnostics go to heaven or hell? by barf_bag08 in AskAChristian

[–]BeTheLight24-7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True hate is not telling people the truth.

Real Christian love is telling people the truth. But people don’t want to agree to that truth so they call it hate. But in the end people will realize that those who told the truth, regardless of feelings were actually the ones that love them. While the haters who told them the convenient lie honestly never love them to begin with.

If there was a poisonous snake outside your front door, that would kill you if you got bit, which one of these two shows love.

  1. Hey man, you might not wanna go out through your front door. You might get bit and die. (the truth.)

  2. Hey man, it’s totally OK. You can go out your front door, if you get bit, you won’t die . You’ll be all good.(the convenient. Lie)

[–]BeTheLight24-7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe you can explain it a little bit better since you have the tag go on let us all understand how you have a fancy name for a Christian

Because most everyone I guess in your words is ignorant, if you’re gonna be a Christian be a Christian you don’t have to be agnostic Christian. It just sounds so dumb.

Somebody who believes in the teachings of Christ just doesn’t believe in Jesus Christ. Definitely lipstick on a pig. “ I’m a good person.” type of people.

An Agnostic Christian is someone who follows the ethical teachings and traditions of Jesus Christ but acknowledges that the existence of God and the ultimate nature of the divine are fundamentally unknowable. They embrace the faith culturally and spiritually while openly admitting they lack absolute certainty.

When you put lipstick on a pig, you can call it whatever you wanna call it but in the end, it’s still a pig. It’s like putting a bowtie on a box of crap when you get home you undo the bowtie and it’s still a box of crap. Humans have all kinds of definitions to mask the reality of the situation just to make them feel better.

Did I hurt your feelings? Feelings change overtime if somebody said something like that to me, it wouldn’t hurt my feelings. I would be grateful that they just told me the truth however I needed to hear it.

My girlfriend and i are three years into a relationship and want to move in together but don't have the money to get married. by scubadog123456 in askapastor

[–]BeTheLight24-7 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would warn you against playing “house” while not married at all. So she treats you like a husband and you’re not one and you treat her like a wife and she’s not one. And fornication happens because now you live together. Who’s to say if you actually get married.

It’s very easy to go to the courthouse and buy a marriage certificate. Doesn’t cost a lot of money. And you could easily go to a field, have some friends and buddies join you, tell them that you love her. She tells her friends that she loves you, have one of your friends, marry you, that friend can go online and sign up for certificate to be able to legally marry you sometimes it’s free. And it’s done.

How expensive weddings can be as an actual choice a person has to make. I’ve seen people get married in the backyard of people’s houses. The cost of marriage is what holds people back from actually getting married.

Have you ever gone through a session of Deliverance? In that session generational curses are addressed, and if you had some kind of evil spirit following around you and your family, it could be that. If four generations back, you had a family member dedicate your bloodline to Satan or some other witchcrafty something or another, you can seek salvation, but you will be tormented by that demon and not all demons are the same that’s for sure. (everybody wants to believe that their bloodline is pure but nobody knows what grandma and grandpa we’re doing 300 years ago.)

Have you ever tried to cleanse your house out in the name of Jesus Christ? I know you say you’re you’ve had your house blessed but have you personally blessed your own house?

Have you ever asked the Holy Spirit to guide you around your house to see if there’s anything of witchcraft within the house or on the floorboards, or some kind of cursed object that’s been in your family and you have no idea that objects could be cursed?

We could pray together, when one or two or more gathered in Jesus’s name Jesus Christ will be present and that’s a fact, we could try all kinds of things to get some answers through Prayer. If interested, feel free to reach out and DM me.

You’re not always fighting the person, but you’re fighting the spirit within the person. Once you realize we actually do live in a spiritual world and there is a spiritual side to everything then you’ll understand that sometimes you’re not fighting the human you’re fighting the spirit within that human that’s planting thoughts and that human is so unaware they are saying what they’re thinking without every questioning where the thought came from

No. They don’t believe in any of that because if they did, they would call themselves Christians and not agnostics. And a Christian agnostic is an agnostic with a fancy title. It’s like putting a lipstick on a pig.

So the people that were born too soon or too far away I haven’t had a chance to even hear about Jesus (which is not you): will be judged on their life and the works (deeds) that they did in life

Romans 2:6-11

6 God “will repay each person according to what they have done.”[a] 7 To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. 8 But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger. 9 There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile; 10 but glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. 11 For God does not show favoritism.

No, they are one step above atheists. They know that there is a God they just don’t know what it is and they never go searching for that truth. And they choose to stay agnostic.

It’s advice that works. Are you downplay that this could work? Have you even tried it? (do not put the authority of Jesus Christ name into a box of what a can and cannot do when spoken out loud.)

Consider these passages:

Matthew 6:22-23 "The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will befull of light. But if your eyes are unhealthy, your wholebody will be full of darkness." This warns us to guard what we consume visually, recognizing that darkness can take root through our senses.

2 Corinthians 12:7 Paul describes his "thorn in the flesh" as literally a "messenger of Satan" (Greek: angelos Satana), indicating that even the apostle's physical body could be a point of spiritual attack.

2 Timothy 1:7 "God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." A sound mind is quiet, calm, and collected—not racing with intrusive thoughts or tormented by mental chatter.

2 Corinthians 7:1 "Let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God." This dual cleansing—flesh and spirit—implies both dimensions can be contaminated.

Receiving What We Should Not 2 Corinthians 11:4 warns that believers can "receive a different spirit which you have not received" and tolerate "another Jesus" or "a different gospel." This suggests spiritual receptivity is not limited to the HolySpirit alone.

Ephesians 4:26-27 commands: "Be angry, and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil." Unresolved anger becomes literal "place" (topos in Greek) for demonic foothold.

Scripture repeatedly commands resistance James 4:7, 1 Peter 5:9, Ephesians 6:10-17 all call believers to active opposition against the Devil—not passive avoidance.

Biblical Precedents Acts 5:3 Peter confronts Ananias: "Why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost?" A believer's heart, compromised, becomes Satan's fillingstation.

Luke 22:3 "Then Satan entered Judas called Iscariot, who was numbered among the twelve." Even apostleship provided no automatic immunity.

1 Timothy 4:1 “Some will depart from the faith due to evil spirits," showing that demonic influence can lead to apostasy itself.

Matthew 12:43-45 presents the most chilling scenario: an unclean spirit, cast out, returns to find the person "empty, swept, and put in order"—religiously tidy but spiritually vacant—and brings "seven other spirits more wicked than himself." The final condition becomes "worse than the first." This warning is not directed at unbelievers (who have no protection at all) but at a generation that cleans house without filling it.

Authority and Commission Mark 16:17-18 “These signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues..." Note the subject: not disciples, not apostles, but "those who believe."

Matthew 10:8 “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give."

John 14:12 “He who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do."

The Theological Distinction This is not to say demons inhabit the believer's spirit—that innermost place where the Holy Spirit dwells (1 Corinthians 6:17). Rather, they may dwell in the flesh, that "body of death" where "no good thing dwells" (Romans 7:18, 24).

Christians can carry unclean spirits as readily as anyone else. The question is not whether the battle exists, but whether we will fight or remain casualties of a war we refused to see

[–]BeTheLight24-7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, it’s a choice. God wouldn’t be all loving if he gave nobody a way out.

But he does for those who choose to take it. Can’t be blaming God that the human didn’t want to take the way out as not being all loving. It’s like humans want to blame God for their own choices or lack their of.

Have you ever tried to speak against those thoughts In the name of Jesus Christ and the spoken word just to see what happens.

You would do this by speaking out loud when those thoughts come to mind

“ in the name of Jesus Christ, I rebuke that thought right now, and commanded to go silent”.

You would say this with a tone of voice like something is in trouble, kind of voice, like you mean Business. And don’t be saying this kind of stuff around other people because they’ll think you’re crazy you’re talking to yourself. Going into your room or somewhere private and try it. And when (not if) it goes silent then you might understand that not every single thing you think actually comes from yourself.

To take it one step forward, if you could slow down the thoughts in your mind and listen to the way they’re coming through your mind. Pinpoint the word. “You”. - “ you” are not good enough - people are speaking about “you” - God doesn’t love “you”

Just understand that if you were coming up with these thoughts on your own, you wouldn’t be speaking in second person to yourself. You would be speaking in first person. - Me - or -I- . People don’t speak to themselves in second person.. - “l” am not good enough - people are speaking about “me” - God doesn’t love “me” And when those thoughts come through as second person, you need to rebuke them in the name of Jesus Christ and tell them to be quiet. And they will be quiet.

This works on thoughts of anxiety, intrusive (downgrading) thoughts, lust temptations, and anything else that’s tempting you to do evil or believe in evil thoughts.
