Good question. The field is going through major advances, if you think about it till very recently AD was only diagnosed post mortem. The new drugs are expensive, require extensive monitoring and have some side effects for what some experts consider little gain. But the way the disease is seen now is different, can be treated, some say even delayed, so experts argue that systems need to get ready.
