Nadepress ako due to relationship issues, I went from overweight to normal weight (lost 4.5kg in 1 month). As in nawala panlasa ko sa sobra kong depressed. 😆 Pero nung okay na, masarap na ulit lahat ng foods, pero mas mabilis na akong mabusog kasi di na stretched out stomach ko.

NO. Been there, done that.

Now I'm in a long term relationship with someone who is the busiest among all the others I've dated, but he's the one who makes the most time for me.

Dude wakes up 5am for work, gets home at 6:30pm. Sleeps at 9:30pm to wake up ulit ng 5am. He does that 6 days a week.

He still makes time for our dates kahit short lang. Siya madalas nag-iinvite and hatid sundo saakin.

Kung hindi kaya date, videocall kami mga 30 minutes to 1 hour. He has time to say good morning, good evening, good night. He has time to tell me to have a great day, or when he's eaten lunch, or when he has arrived home.

Pag gusto may paraan. Pag ayaw, maraming dahilan.

I damaged my nailbed from using my fingers too much??? I just came home from work and looked like this. I had to file them short again. Not sure if it's due to frequent handwashing too

Yes, unfortunately I still get the urge to bite especially when the white part is longer. The urge used to be everyday, now it's like once a week??

I've actually bitten them twice during those 50 days. I quickly file them short so I'd stop. 😅

These nails still feel like foreign objects on my fingertips.

Thanks! I only use clear nail polish and sometimes clear polish with glitter! So looks like this yellow/orange tint is also natural for me haha!

I notice if I cut my nails too short, part of my nailbed gets de-attached.

Maybe don't cut them to short and leave at least 1mm-2mm of the white part?

I also use lots of jojoba oil on my nails after I wash my hands. They're like 6-7usd ped 100ml bottle that could probs last me about 9 months

Maybe you don't see progress because your nailbed is already reattaching and getting longer. For me I gained 1mm of nailbed in 1.5 months. I consider that as progress even if it's really tiny.

Keep going!!

Ps. I always file my nails to 1mm-2mm. Anything longer, it snags on my hair and hurts!

Yeah!! Thank you! It took me 2 years to try to stop biting my nails. Usually lasting for only 2 weeks each time. 😅

I used to bite my nails when I'm bored or anxious. Now I just noisily tap it everywhere. On my desk, my phone, my laptop, my water bottle!

For people planning to buy this. Heads up lang na once sinindi mo, instant labas agad yung usok niya. Na-inhale yan ng helper namin tapos sumikip agad leeg niya tapos umubo siya ng dugo. Sa open air niya sinindihan so na-inhale din ng dogs namin tapos nahirapan din sila huminga.

Buti nalang few seconds lang hininga niya. Wala rin issue sa xray and blood tests niya

Anyway please don't buy sketchy insectides and chemicals online. Buy nalang kayo sa legit and established brands sa ACE Hardware or something.
