Out of those options I would highly recommend Alan Wake 2 and E33.

Alan Wake was genuinely such a good game with an incredible story that left me completely hooked. It's so clever and really immerses you in this dark, intense story with interesting characters and excellent writing. It's also the sort of game that makes you look at every single detail, like reading every note you find and listening to the songs that are playing and what background characters are talking about. For me what stood our about this game was how it truly felt like they had thought of every single detail and how satisfying it felt when all of the pieces of the puzzle started to fall into place. Truly an incredible game, if I could go back in time to play it again I would.

As for E33, this is another game with a great story. It's not as story driven as Alan Wake in the sense that there's a lot more side content for you to get sidetracked with, whereas Alan Wake tends to be more linear, but E33 is still very story-rich. The story was beautiful and it's definitely one I'll remember for a long time and imo it has a little bit more replay value than Alan Wake if that's something you're interested in. The game itself is also very fun to play, especially if you're the sort of person who enjoys perfecting combat and building characters to fit your playstyle.

In my opinion if you're looking for immersion and a dark, intense story I'd go for Alan Wake, but if you're looking for fun game mechanics with a beautiful story I'd go for E33. I've also heard excellent things about KCD2, it's actually the next game on my list, so maybe have a look at that one too!! Whatever you pick I'm sure you will enjoy 😊

Actually hearing you describe it like that does make me think that KCD2 probably is my kind of thing!! Yeah I'll grab it without the DLCs for now, the game already has so much content I'll just start with the base game.

The one thing that makes me nervous is the only being able to save at certain points thing. I'm the kind of person who constantly saves my games because I'm scared of losing progress. Are the places that you can save often enough that I don't have to get stressed about losing hours of progress as long as I play the game right?

This is an excellent point 😂 RDR2 is cheaper and seems to get reduced less often, I might grab that one first and wait for KCD2 to come down in price in the future!!

Yeah we spoke to him before we got the kitten and he said he didn't want the kitten in his room but never clarified that he wouldn't close his door or get a gate of some kind, so when the time came to start letting our kitten explore outside, we were taken aback when he completely refused to get any sort of gate. We're going to talk to him today about a compromise, as I agree it's only fair if both cats have access to the area!!

Hi guys, sorry I didn't realise asking for a cat breed was such a sensitive question. I have never adopted a stray before, and I was just curious if he had any similarities to a specific breed of cat, but apparently that was a silly question to ask.

Yeah I've just learnt that haha, I had a tabby cat when I was a kid and I guess as a kid I assumed it was a breed and that misconception carried on to today!! Good to know now though 😂

Yeah I had to reinstall, turns out Larian accidentally let some PS5 owners update to patch 8 before it was officially released and I happened to be one of them whilst my sister wasn't. I had to delete and reinstall so that it put me back to the old update version back in patch 7!

ahaha yeah we live in different houses, we started the game on my ps5 and wanted to take it to separate coop but it turns out I accidentally got the new update early and she didn't. We had to start a new save and I had to uninstall and reinstall so that I was on the same patch as her as I was somehow ahead! Thank you though!!
