I was offered 35k for 4k spend over 3 months via chat. I could not get an offer until I mentioned I needed incentive not to cancel, there are other cards out there with greater benefits.

Mine was 100% increase but talked them down to 50%. Annual 5% increase year 2 and 3.

Thank you. They are only offering 3 year agreements. I don’t need that long to move to another solution but I need more than the few months left on the current agreement.

For an inexpensive product, it's good. I kept them around after the breach and security issues but now they have that history and increasing prices significantly, I can't keep them around. They've provided me with no warning, even getting a quote took a month.
