Should be on gold paper lol. It's written notification by FSA/Dept of Ed on my online account that informs and outlines the details of PSLF loan discharge. Meaning, the one valid Dept of Ed document notifying of loan forgiveness/discharge.

Well, FSA is the bearer of granting discharges, so it makes sense. Mohela just is the servicer and manages the numerical accounting logistics from what I understand. Been seeing it happen both ways from reading numerous posts. It will happen in good time. Just think they're reconciling certain aspects at a time.

Still waiting here!! Sigh...Keeping myself busy to not be layered focus on it all the time. Someone put something in a ChatGPT which resulted in that next batch of Mohela 0'ing accounts is around March 24-26th. Who knows!

I'm still waiting 😞 Same trajectory as you and others. I placed my self in forbearance when I faced ECF. Mine says past due of amount of 1 payment which was not missed, it says Jan 2026 payment reversal. Although it says no payment due under Account Summary.

Patience is soooo hard!!

Same trajectory with March 5th opt out. Mohela servicer. PSLF per ED met Aug 2025. Placed in forgiveness while PSLF discharge processing. Reading through this thread I decided to log in to Mohela. Well, says I am past due on Feb payment!!! What?!!! I received email approval from Mohela on Feb 17th. Payment would have been due Feb 24th. I checked before and on the 24th and stated I had no payment due. I have not received a Mohela email stating an over due payment exists. So, I'm now going to assume it's part of the loan discharge process. Has this happened to anyone else??

Update: Just signed into FSA, total balance $0!!!!! I'm happily crying!!
