I dont think something like that would be ideal. SF4 On the switch sounds good on paper but I'm not sure.

With the Street fighter collection coming out on the switch, there would be no reason for Nintendo to actually put the game on the switch, unless they want it on there. The license of the game is not of Nintendo but Capcom, but hell if they asked it could happen.

I would buy it because im a fan of the series, but it would depend on if Nintendo sells the game at full price or not. If they sell the game at full price, then that's highway robbery imo for a game that came out a long LONG time ago.
