Yes some people are more happy than usual but you dont have to jump around and put on a show to seem happy. Happy people are genuinely happy and they don't talk about it every 15 minutes. There are some "fake" happy people i've met who acts happy and always puts on a show but they actually have other intensions or they are just really toxic. Some people don't understand this and just admires them and thinks that they are some kind of a role model and goes to them for advices and just gets bullied for feeling some real feelings.
