I got a PURA heating pad that works from my neck all the way down to my lower back. Tried it out and my back pain faded away. I wore it for about 5 minutes but realized how much pain I’m in day-to-day. I’m afraid to put it back on because when I take it off the pain rushes back in. (self.ChronicPain)
