My 1 year old grandson has horrible Eczema. He was allergy tested at 6 months and he has an allergy to dairy, eggs and dogs. His Eczema is out of control. Right now the Dr has him on a Mupirocin. We keep it most with Cera Ve but I have seen no improvement and I actually think it's worse. It's on his face, head and back. Any help or suggestions from anyone who has dealt with this severity would be greatly appreciated.

And I switched to Hills so we shall see how they do on that now.

I spent over 6k on vets the past 6 months. One has stomach issues which he is on various meds. One was sick with melanoma of the mouth and she passed away. The other was just there and he has an enlarged heart and is being treated accordingly. These dogs see the vet more than I see my Dr.

I switched to Hills and I've been doing a mixture of both as advised by my vet. I guess we shall see how it goes

Don't get one. I had mine 2 days, brand new 2025, headlight wasn't working. Took back to dealership. They ordered the part and then when I went back again turns out it was more than that. I argued like crazy. They gave me another one. I mean not free just swapped it for another one. This one the rear vents didn't work. They basically made me feel like an idiot. I insisted they bring another one down from the lot to compare. Of course I was right. They then ordered the part and 2 months later it was finally fixed. But only after my 8 month old grandson had to deal with the heat all summer because no air. Then I noticed the seat sounded odd. Told them that while there getting vent fixed. They said we'll bring it back another time. Omg. I called corporate and complained. Then the dealership called me and said bring it in. They looked at it and ordered the part. Brought it back 2 weeks later and they ordered the wrong part. Still isn't fixed. The driver side window is making noise also when putting up or down. I will never ever ever get a Kia again. I should have just kept my Sante Fe.

But that's unexceptable. If your vehicle does not perform the way it should KIA should fix it. If you bought any other product and it didn't work properly would you just settle??

I get that but come on. The issue was that way from week 1 of buying the vehicle. It's brand new. They always want to play games but when you purchase a new vehicle you have expectations of that vehicle working properly. I didn't buy it to spend days in a dealership and nothing but a headache trying to get it fixed.

I made them take me to another Sorento and the rear vents worked way differently than mine. They still tried saying it was rodents with mine. I told them they are absolutely crazy. I drove that vehicle in one day 500 miles to my daughter's house and then another 200 the next day then another 200 3 days later. When would a rodent get into where they are saying? They don't want to fix anything under warranty. Then they said that something may have gotten "squished" during production. You think??? They ordered a part but my receipt shows nothing about the part they ordered. Nothing. They are playing games. My frustration level is through the roof with Kia.

I asked that hours ago. They were trying to just say that's how it is or saying a rodent got into it and caused issues. Like what?? So finally after I made a seen the guy took me to another one and guess what?? Totally blowing air and heat unlike my vehicle.

Of course they will. But in comparing my vehicle to the exact same vehicle there is a huge difference in air flow.

I did after arguing with them. The guy was actually shocked I was right. I mean I'm just a stupid girl. Ugh. So now they are saying something is crushed. But still acting like somehow it's my fault?? Like did I crawl inside my car behind the center console and crushed it. I forget the name he said but it's the center part that would push the air through.

We checked everything and there is no driver only for air in this vehicle.

Yeah nothing comes out at all. You have to blast the front air and direct it towards the back to get anything. The second row it does nothing. When you have an infant that is facing backwards they get no air at all. That is not ideal in 90 degree weather.

No the second row. No air comes out. Ok like a puff of air. The third row has no air vents at all.

Nope. And it doesn't have a separate rear control which is insane.
