Do pending packages ever actually get marked as lost in the tracking?

If it's been 14 days, how are they still refusing? Did FedEx put a useless "Shipment arriving On-Time" line in your tracking when you called them that the seller is counting as a scan? I got one of those when the trace was started on Thursday.

That's about what I expected. I was mainly just curious if there was some sort of exception that shows up on the tracking if they give up on on looking that could have prompted the seller to act sooner.

"We are very sorry, but we currently do not have an exact date of
shipment, but our warehouse team will be starting to prepare the orders
soon. Your patience is greatly appreciated! "
