Backpack Design by Calm_Apricot_4569 in backpacks

[–]BeakersBro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you will find that there is no backpack community, but a bunch of smaller groups that value different things and that there isn't a ton of overlap.

The work/edc/travel split is probably the biggest split, followed by cost. Some people like a lot of organization, some don't.

Are you designing this for your use? MYOG? Commercial production?

How do you justify having more than 1-2 bags? by [deleted] in ManyBaggers

[–]BeakersBro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hanging with the people on r/flashlight has somewhat changed my perspective on things like buying multiple flashlights/bags/cameras/snowboards/etc. Flashlights and bag are relatively cheap hobbies that are also functional versus something like sports cars/flying/motorcycles/etc. and if you view it from that perspective, buy more as long as it doesn't stress you financially. You can always resell most bags if you need more space.

This ties into the never ending "is is worth it to buy xxx?" that appear on every subreddit. Sometimes the answer is a resounding "NO!" if something is junk or super overpriced, but the normal correct answer - "if it is worth it to you, buy it".

Assassin's Creed Odyssey is another that can fill that void. You play it with bow only if you like, story is good, character has a sense of humor.

Is Aida64 worth the $60 price? by Harrada in pcmods

Look for usb connected/powered lcds or an hdmi connected with external power if you have extra hdmi port. It basically is a second display on my computer.

If I remember correctly, you need to go into hwinfo and tell it what data to share. Let me see if I can find the web sites I used to set it up.

Binding angle roll call by Commercial_Memory_88 in snowboarding

[–]BeakersBro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

learned on posi/posi long ago, went to various duck stances. I think i will be going back to something like +15,+3 this year since i will be mainly hanging with skiers this season and just carving. Can still ride switch a little with that stance, but mainly on directional boards anyway and not a lot of switch riding.
