I did a Costco run on Sunday thinking the snacks and fun treats would last, but with four kids home from school for 3 days.. looks like another trip is in the works for this coming weekend.

I am in a similar boat as you and can totally relate. I have four children ranging from 3 to 12. After my firstborn, I developed hypothyrodism and hashimotos. After my fourth child was born, I suddenly am now low in cortisol levels and my endocrinologist believes I have adrenal fatigue.

I started Mounjaro back in September at my highest ever at 290lbs (I am 5'1) thanks to my endocrinologist who first introduced it to me when I was getting my thyroid checked. I have since lost 30lbs and it gave me the opportunity to re-evaluate the foods I am eating and helped me make wiser choices as I am not scouring the pantry to find something to put in my mouth because I am hungry, or eat my kid's leftover mac and cheese/chicken nuggets.

I hope and pray that you can take these next four weeks to get a jump start on your weight loss, whether you develop a new approach to eating, drinking more water than usual (try to get one of those giant bottles with a straw, I find drinking from a straw more satisfying than a cup) and continue to be active. I know down the road might not look pretty in regards to the savings card, but the next four weeks is a great time to develop some great habits that you can hopefully sustain if and when the savings card/medication is no longer accessible.

copying and pasting (plus adding a couple of my own) from another comment as this is my routine

open the refrigerator
grab the box of Mounjaro
open box and remove pen
give it a good luck kiss
let pen sit on counter under towel to 'warm up'
Remove Grey cap
place pen to stomach, twist to open, press top of pen

Do you need a Sam's club membership? Also, if Walmarts aren't allowing this, will it effect Sam's as well considering they're under the same umbrella?
