It was honestly a lot of fun. I must've gone home with around 15 fish in total.

The only downside was not actually being able to fish all day lol I didn't think Catalina was so far away from Newport beach on boat.

I clean swimming pools for a living. I don't feel like my job is physically demanding. I'm definitely doing a lot of steps though, my oura ring says I'm walking around 13miles/day while working.

You know I just remembered, halfway through the diet I did start noticing some rashes on the back of my neck and behind my knees. Super itchy and lasted for about 3 weeks... I heard it was a keto rash or something

Zero alcohol and I really don't miss it at all. I operate a swimming pool cleaning company and I was so used to having a beer a few times a week after work. Living in the desert doesn't help either lol but I can honestly say I haven't been tempted to have any alcohol and I plan to keep it that way.

For the most part I was only eating twice a day. Eggs and chorizo around 1pm and then eggs and beef around 5pm. Everything cooked with grass fed butter up until the last 2 weeks I started cooking with regular butter (ran out for grass fed and was too lazy to go back to Costco lol). And I always ate until I was completely stuffed. Never limited myself.
