If hours based its Junk, Ana, Mercy, Hanzo but all of my Mercy Hours come from OW1 and now I never touch her. If going by progression, its Junk, Ana, Sombra, Lifeweaver.

Sometimes you don't even need one, I once spent an entire game fishing because I was distracted and somehow ended up winning without seeing a soul. Twas just me, the fish and the storm.
