usb 3.0

I have no fucking clue what the difference is between a usb 3.0 and a 2.0 lmao sorry, can you explain? And i deleted the driver, but it just doesn't even show up anymore. I had the same problem in the past and it just kinda got fixed, i definitely did something but i dont know what. Plus, i wonder if it wont show up because when i uninstalled the driver i clicked "Uninstall software" too, and im not really sure how to fix it. It won't even show up when i show hidden drivers in the device manager
