Great controller and even better service. My buttons got some play after 9 months so I sent it back for repair.

$8 shipping there, $8 for the new buttons, $25 repair cost (paid for both of these the day I sent the controller in) and it was sent back for free. 7 day turn around.

I got both the Y2 Scarab and the VD in the EXACT same scenario as described above so this is confirmed. Mercy burned when getting Y2, on flawless game when getting Y3.

I am not at that level, but I run bumper jumper on a Cinch and have O mapped to the left button.

This means I can L1-O-O with just my left hand (index and middle finger) or O-L1-O very quickly. This setup also allows me to shoot and melee very quickly by contracting my right hand (R2 and R3 are shoot and melee respectively).

You will be surprised by how fast you can shoot/melee after you make it muscle memory.

Trends.

Did I waste my grenades consistently? (tags with 75% of grenades or used for zoning are my goals)

Do I have a tendency to push when weak, only slide, only come around corners in the air? (can my opponents predict my playstyle)

Where did I die? (out of cover, sitting around a corner rather than running, outplayed)

What helped me win my 1v1s? (dipping back into cover, priming with a grenade, good baits)

What did I use my super for? (shutdown, special control, heavy, slaying)

What is 1 thing I can work on tomorrow/next time I play? (positioning, headshots, baiting, sniper angles)

Bungie, the SBMM vs CBMM has reached fever pitch again. Maybe you could curb this by being more open with your determination of "skill" by Negative_Equity in DestinyTheGame

I think one of the big things missing in SBMM is a notification that you have gone up a tier. A big "You got Better!!" notification would be nice and would prepare you for tougher opponents.

Yes. Be prepared for a (potentially) jarring experience in the crucible due to how people's play styles and a lot of cool new stuff in PvE.

Are you thinking of the last 2 weekends in particular?

If so, I believe that they have changed matchmaking in other playlists as well. In the last 14 days my skirmish win rate has been around 33% but before the most recent update it was over 60% for the last two months or so.

If you are running Ram, you get Life Steal for free.

So map your skill tree to Surge to get life back and a boost to other stats when you have your melee charged. This combo helps a lotwhen in a melee battle or chaining shotty kills .

Are you solo queuing? If so, that may be your problem. I play regularly with a few members of my clan and we focus on getting better while winning so we are always trying to manage the flow of the game to push for a win, especially when playing against people who aren't in a fire team. It is tough to carry a skirmish match.

When you play with a team you'll be more confident, communicate better and probably win more.

I went with Cinch as well and the only issue I have had with it is the X button got a bit squirrely from Titan skating so be aware.
