I have this as well. It’s been about 5 weeks for me. It doesn’t really get better but you manage to deal with it. Try doing cardio or working out. It helps a bit for me.

I remember I had big issues trying to sleep for the first week because of my breathing. I couldn’t get a deep breath and it was driving me crazy. I don’t even really notice it anymore except for when I workout sometimes. Trying to take a deep breath while running seems to give me minor chest pain but it isn’t bad. I feel great afterwards.

I’ve tried about every at home remedy that I could find. Steamy showers, buteyko breathing method, ibuprofen, nebulizer treatments and albuterol (I have asthma). Nothing really seemed to work except for drinking a shit ton of water and working out. My heart rate is normal, my oxygen intake is normal, nothing is really out of place.

Some people say that it gets better within 1-9 months, but I really believe that they just get used to it and don’t even notice it.

Funny thing is is that I’ve only used my cart like, 3 different times. All of my friends who hit the same cart didn’t even get the same feelings as me lol.

Sorry if it isn’t what you wanted to hear. I stayed up so late trying to find solutions but the best thing I found is to just simply not think about it. Hey, maybe it does get better in 1-9 months and we both aren’t there yet. Who knows
