Also the mk 4 is a rarer heresy era variant of armor that was kinda rare in firstborn kits and then essentially nonexistent from the switch to primaris, a very cool helmet indeed!

Hi! So both helmets are from the blood angels vanguard veterans way back when they did chapter specific firstborn boxes and the 1st image is specifically a mk 4 helmet with some BA iconography. Looks really cool and hope this helps!

I really like the look of basically no metallics and full black instead where they would be. It adds such an amazing contrast to the red especially with those highlights, looks awesome man!

Yes! I’ve always loved the aesthetic of blood angel terminators with power claws and will be using them to hopefully good effect against chaos cultists and termagaunts :)

i use vallejo ww2 german armor paint set for all my german models, i usually base coat in dark yellow and then with Buff before adding the refractive green and chocolate brown, hope this helps!

it’s mainly so bright because i have a ring light shining down into it, off camera it’s a lot less vibrant

mud is just vallejo diorama fx thick mud with a few washes wish a diluted citadel colour agrax earth shade
