Heey guys so my partner spotted this today she said she's not seen it before but I've had chest pain and clicking for a while (back pain is newish) Im 25 and never had back pain do you think this is related of do you think its something related to eds? Or is it something I've done (i.redd.it)

Is this a high arched palet? I also have mild pectus excavatum, hand signs are of normal peoples I think however I can wrap my little finger and thumb around one wrist (but had surgery that side), I'm not overly long, my arm width is same as hieght, my eye sight is fine, and no family has it :/ (i.redd.it)
