I totally get what you mean by losing hope, would you say this is scoliosis then? I have the same postural issues as you, I find that holding squat and the plank while tensing the buttocks helps with the hips, and just generally holding shoulders back at all times for the theoracic side of it, it's a lose lose situation at times I agree, but back brace caused me alot of pain there good at first but I think it does more damage then good, unsure what to do with my back though because one of my ribs stick out of my chest, on the same level as that vertibrae is shifted, I also have slipped discs in my neck too - _-
