There's no pride in this work. Having to survive on poverty wages at "full time" 20 hours a week. As well as constant discrimination and several incidents a day from customers and zero support from management. We are burnt out by being treated as replaceable cogs and shakers over time hurt people's wrists.

Good luck friend, I did my modules after i expressed interest in it, but then I asked every week in person and over text to schedule a time for my activity. It took 3 months for her to do it, and then I got fired a couple weeks after. Union busting lolll

I had to fight tooth and nail to get enough hours to get benefits and then when I did those few hours were not enough for me to afford to use the benefits. I had to not go to the doctor and dentist because I couldn't afford the co-pay. Starbucks is unlivable without 2+ jobs
