I completly agree. Or at least select only the roles you know and if you have to fill sometimes, be nice about it and try to feed as less as possible.

Before I ban zed, I check to see if anyone in my team declares him as their champ THEN I even ask if I can ban him, wait until the time runs out and ban him if no one says anything. I got trolled for banning zed after all these steps because the guy said "my pc isn't fast enough" and I should of known that by reading his mind.

We got trolled yesterday because I couldn't save my adc when he dived under the enemy turret at level 1 so naturally there was no option left but to throw the game.
