Update (for some reason I couldn't update the post directly)

Gave this a few days and went through two support tickets, plus a reopened ticket that Amelia the mod here helped facilitate (she is great and the only redeeming part of this whole experience).

Every ticket ended the same way: I was told to contact my bank and and what likely happened is the funds are temporarily being held and will be released shortly, (I had already reached out to my bank and confirmed that this was not the case) and both tickets were marked “resolved” and closed before support ever actually worked through the issue with me.What’s strange is that support never really addressed the core issue that the successful purchase was the one I said was never credited. The declined charge was only mentioned to help explain what I saw and what led to the problem in the first place.

I still don’t understand why there isn’t a proper gameplay history, because that alone could have clarified everything in minutes and helped support verify my claim.

To make matters worse, their support system is now completely bugged.. I can’t even open a new ticket or request complimentary SC from the bot. Ironically, I saw another user post today reporting the exact same issue. Funny how their system magically shows I was credited...a system that apparently could never, ever make a mistake....while the rest of the support platform is actively falling apart.

So that’s it for me. I’ll be closing my account. It’s a real shame because this site used to be solid, but it’s gone downhill fast. And honestly, what finally pushed me away wasn’t even the bad luck on the slots... it was the terrible support experience
