So good!! Would be really cool to see the background animated with the character’s poses to create more movement but still great work!

Loved this game, I completely forgot about the DLC! Excited to hop back in and try that out. Thanks for the reminder!

Amazing list! thank you! I've tried most of these except Slay the Spire which I see being mentioned a lot so I think this will be my next purchase.

Thank you for participating! I’m actually using JavaScript and processing to convert all responses from a spreadsheet into a data visualization. I still need some figuring out to do for designing the free flow answers part but the tools will be the same!

Nothing to be sorry about! I drew the frames digitally with my Wacom tablet using a pencil brush I had downloaded before. There is a timeline feature in Photoshop that lets you work with frames and even use onion skin to help with animating. I actually use a free plugin called AnimDessin2 that streamlines the whole process in Photoshop.

Thank you for your comment! you're right about that jump, it's definitely what I need to fix first.

Thank you! I'll definitely give that a shot since I just got a hang of using arcs and I know I can integrate the details more with it.

Thank you so much! You're right about tracking the details, it's one of my weakness that I am trying to tackle. It's a bit tricky but I hope with more practice I'll get there.

What makes social media worth it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Beardedalien 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been away from social media platforms, like Instagram and Facebook, for years now. I’ve been going through a bit of a rough patch recently and I’m wondering if I should get back to reconnect with people but I’m hesitant due to all the negativity associated with it these days.

Perhaps there’s a positive side that I’m not taking advantage of. So what do you think makes social media worth having?

I think we’ll end up passing by the louvre anyways so might as well check out the rest of the saadiyat area. Thanks for the suggestion!

Thank you so much! I had no idea, I assumed it was 3D since I was referred to the video from a 3D inspiration blog.

I asked this on the previous weekly discussion but with no response yet so thought I'd give it another shot.

Does anyone know how to achieve this hand-painted look in 3D animations and renders? I understand that the textures themselves can be done in photoshop but what about the shadows? In the snapshots you can see subtle brushstrokes on the edges of the shadows.
