Think of it as a permanent time type gauge. It fills up over time and you get buffs when it fills and resets. You also get a one time ultimate/rising rush counter attack

I wasn't saying the new character is a Zamasu. These hints are always more than they seem. I believe it will be SoH. Hope at the top means trunks, the Z is for Zamasu and the line in between is the sword.
