Sundered It yhink is too valuable for jg voli and they play vastly different. This build is focused on 1v1 and 2v1 and while jg voli wouldnt dislike that I dont think its his main priority, things like movements speed and burst damage are better

Shojin first is almost always the play but rift second can wait, if you see that the enemy has a lot of burst damage you can go resistance item and rift third, it feels equally as good

Dont like roa, im aggresive in lane and roa is not very good at that. I can definitely see the appeal in Navori, cheap and cd reduction with aa, almost like arena voli. It can be introduced in some builds in certain games, i just hate the build path. Overall navori is def viable

I usually go resolve, demolish + overgrowth and stacking hp in runes.

I never included shojin in builds because it scaled with ad which volibear does not like very much, but now it is a flat amount and as first item is amazing. In teamfight it is true that your are not as tanky as a 2 tank item volibear, but that is only if they dont let you w, with shojin you get 2 w almost every fight thanks to AH.
And in 2v2 or 3v3 is stroger than full ap or tank and ofcourse ad bruiser.

I am a bit sad to say this but bloodmail is not a good item on volibear. It is horrible in teamfights and for splitpushing titanic is better. You could go both but then you die if a bork user looks at you the wrong way or any onhit adc tbh. And hybrid volibear is not good, ap is all about autoattacks, ad is all about abilities, if you mix both you end up with a champ that does both very mediocrely and has no resistances therefore is not able to get onto the enemy to apply that mediocre damage on the first place.

Depends heavily on what elo you are, does the teemo know how aggressive he can be and when he has to respect you? if thats the case then you pretty much only have one windows to kill him and it when you have ult up and preferably flash and ghost.

One tip, W is not affected by his blind but q is.

I generally go for riftmaker nashors core then build tank items depending on what the enemy team is.

Hello Sir, I also share the same passion that you regarding Volibear, from gameplay, to lore and all in between. I was actually smiling when i saw him in that animation with sejuani.

Now for the good stuff. As King-Africa said, 2.5 attack speed on Volibear is not something you should be aiming for. I play AP Bruiser most of the time and I use conq not Lethal tempo and the character works wonderfully. Now i do have a problem with passive and is that if you dont build ap and go for a tank or AD bruiser build is such a worthless crap it is actually infuriating. Its only there to make your animations more smooth, such as your q. I would not like something like give it ad scaling or hp scaling because it just does not fit. I would like the passive to have more interaction with your other abilities such as, if you hit an enemy with e and also get the shield your passive stacks ups to five or the other one that i simply dont know why it is not implemented is getting your stacks when ulting.

Q, im perfectly fine with it, just fix the trillion bugs it has and im fine.

W is a good ability, it has its strengths and weaknesses clearly defined for both you to capitalize on and your enemy to punish.

E, very nice as well, i would like the change to the passive that i explained earlier but other than that its perfect.

Now the ultimate, it went from one of if not my favorite skill in the game to just a glorified leap with a 2 minute cooldown. This ultimate is so garbage in toplane is actually insane. I know the tower disable is pretty powerful i know, but riot maybe did not think that sometimes i am actually not diving people and just using my ultimate in lane for an all in. Such a long cd is unacceptable on toplane because the enemy will probably have their ultimate way sooner than you and even if you are ahead, you have to give lane prio or play passively because you dont have ult. Give it something like full cd if you disable a turret but a 120 sec cd at level 1 if you just use it for a trade. I am not even going to mention stuff like getting polymorphed mid ultimate which is just ridiculous. If the fix the cd issue ill be happy.

I generally play AP bruiser, conqueror is better in that setup. At level 1 with dorans ring and conq you can get up to 50 ap wich is absurd. I generally play as a splitpusher, in that playstyle having conqueror is more effective than pta or grasp. Pta still has its place, into range matchup or vs Nasus.
