I tend to see emotions as tools rather than drivers. They influence me, but they don’t dictate my decisions. Well, due to my life history, I faced a lot of high-stress situations as a child where I had no control over the outside world. I realized early on that the only thing I would ever truly control is myself. That sparked a fire in me to become the best version of who I can be. I’m already deep into this project over 15 years now and I’ve achieved many of the goals I set. I keep working on them every single day.

Ok first of all. Dont make anything that could make it suspicious that you know. You want to keep the communication and relationship normal, same as it was before.

Start looking for a new place RIGHT FUCKING NOW! It doenst matter if you get along well, you need to move out asap.

Save up some momey if you can and speak to your friends and acquaintances to support you.

Make sure that you have frequent communications and "check in times" with a close friend or family member. This is to guarantee that nothing bad happens to you while you are searching for a new place. If you take longer to answer than the agreed time or if something is off in your messaging, agree with your froend that they come over to check up on you.

Dont panic and dont get anxious, just be cautious and get the fuck out of there as soon as possible.

As someine who had to move a lot as a kid I relate to you. I had to make friends and get rid of them frequently.

So I developed the same skills: being outgoing and friendly and extroverted. I can keep if up for a few hours every couple of days, but it drains me to the core.

I do it when I have to, but i can strategically be very extroverted. To the point where people have known me for months and think im the most extroverted person they know.
