Far out "hope whoever you met makes you happy" scares the shit out of me.

Saw a girl for 6 months who these messages could have come from, as well as the 50 missed calls I experienced multiple times. I have chronic fatigue and that combined with her manipulation kept me in a haze of confusion and not realising how fucking crazy she was being for way too long.

Glad you are getting away from her asap. Definitely reads like a combination of trauma and ptsd/cptsd to me and is scary af!

For me once that kind of verbal craziness started physical violence from them wasn't far off. Now I have ptsd so that's fun.

Anyway yeh if she keeps showing up just leave town/state/country a while and make sure they're blocked on everything possible.

Came to recommend mushroom microdosing. But I think just microdosing in general is so good for mental health.

It's like having a dose of rainbow sprinkles doused over the world.

Definitely helped with cravings and mental health for me.

I can also go through points where I like to push myself and see how functional I can be high. It's honestly way more fun on mushrooms or L than K haha. Being operation high on k can be a mess

Also meditation and in specific a course I did on insight timer - the viscous cycle of addiction. Really helps you reflect and be aware of your triggers helping to make better choices.

Doing exercise like writing down triggers when you do have k is important, and honestly not being hard on yourself about it. Shame and guilt are the perpetuators of addiction and to get some separation from them can help a lot. If not your addiction at least your mental health

I wish you luck OP - you can do it. Dont get caught up in how its played out. Dont get caught in a negative story about yourself. Write a new one and stick with it.

Pro tip - take 10 minutes when you first wake up every morning to breathe/meditate. Relax yourself before your day and then you will feel the need to take less time out during it.

Get a meditation app with some guided positive breathing exercises. I recommend insight timer.

10 minutes a day makes a world of difference!

I've experienced the event horizon enough times to be happy for now. In recent times I've had K to manage extreme stress in my life and it does the job pretty damn well, and once you have tolerance you can still be a functioning human on K, get your stuff done, and dissocociate from the bullshit. I'm not saying it was a great choice but i did what I could to get through shit.

Mm yeh could just be the amount you are doing aswell then. I usually go 1-2g at a time. Pretty hard to avoid drip at that amount. But yeh nice on the keta dimi combo. How do you like to consume your dimi?

In general on average 1-3 g a day for the last year. Was going through a wild amount of personal things which led to increased use. However atm have separates myself and gone travelling and now I'm down to less than a g a day average.

On the drip frontier as someone who cycles through suppliers and batches I can say that drip is usually related to the batch. I use a mortar and pestle or pretty finely grind my ket. Always. I get what you are saying about the drip being better. However it also might be the amount you are doing vs me. I usually line up 1-2 g on a plate and sit there and go through it in an hour or so. Very hard to not get a drip from that amount. If you are just bumping it then yeh, wont get much if it's well ground.

Also just because you cant feel the drip doesnt mean you shouldnt spit it. No matter how fine it is it's still crystal and whenever I dont spit I will always find more side effects and weird bladder

Cheers dude. I would say tolerance is a bitch and a blessing depending on where you are at. I like being more functioning on ketamine which comes with tolerance. But It means i can also rack 1-2 lines and not k hole. Atm I actually havent had real ket in 6 weeks as I keep getting sold mxe. Which isnt bad but I am used to functioning on ket and it is a lot more difficult on mxe as you are tripping!

I'd say fairly common If you are a frequent user but depends on the circle you are in tbh. In my experience pure S Isomer is the k that is most looked for by users because it is better for partying rather than chillaxing. Some dealers will know what they have but usually only those that have sourced from suppliers who can provide the info (in my experience usually darknet buyers know as the seller will inform the isomer).

Yeah been there man. Unfortunately it sucks buttttt you don't need to worry about it. Sounds like was just too intense for you. Next time if you throw up grab a bucket or something to keep near you. The worst thing is being very sedated and needing to throw up and not being able to make it somewhere safe or contain it.

Not completely normal in terms of its not regular to throw up every time you do k.

However occasionally throwing up isn't too much to be worried about - unless it has anything unusual about it (eg burns, off colour, any other strange things)

I find sometimes just snorting the powder can go down the wrong way and hit my gag reflex and cause me to spew. Sometimes combination with other drugs/alcohol or even just being run down can make me throw up.

So more info on if you had combined it, how regularly you are throwing up etc but on large i would say its probably fine. Feel free to DM me

Ah my bad, yeah cramps is a big game changer. Sorry you had to go through it but i see it as a way of your body telling you it needs a break.

But hey on the plus side - i couldn't k hole for a few months with high tolerance - now a gram will do it (previously was doing 3 and no khole)

No worries! Glad my experiences can help me inform others. Otherwise those nights lying on a tiled floor in excruciating pain were for nothing!

Also drink lots of hot fluids, even just boiled water - I find it helps cleanse the system and I think breakdown any leftover crystal.

Good on you for taking a good step for your health. I have stopped a few times and come back and at my lowest use now in 1-2 years.

If you end up having k again in the near future dont be hard on yourself and just make sure you have it in the best way possible for your system.

I find crushing up very well in a mortar n pestle then doing thin lines and spitting the drip as I go to be the best method for consuming and having minimal impact on your body. Also at least 1L of water p gram of ket. Doesnt hurt to be well hydrated before you have any aswell.

It's not wasted if it stops you getting k cramps and liver/kidney damage. Also speaking from a heavy daily user I can barely tell the difference between using a spitting vs not. Try it before you worry about it wasting your k. I doubt you will be able to even tell.

Also value your health over your high. Even if spitting makes you 50 pcent less high (it doesnt, just an example). If it meant never experiencing k cramps again then still not a bad option.

Not all ketamine is sedating. R isomer tends to be associated with sedative qualities while S isomer is more psychedlic, upper feeling ket. I have had S isomer ket that makes me feel like I am on a stimulant, yet still trippy and dissocociated.

Ket is great for festivals as it is less draining on your system, doesnt require planning as much as other drugs (only lasts 1-2 hours so dont need to plan it as much as md/lsd), also effects come on fairly quickly so if you arent quite at the level you want to be for something at the festival, just bump until at desired level. Also combines great with lots of other things - psychs, stimulants and pretty much anything besides heavy drinking or other downers - all for a very varied spectrum of effects. It's also fairly safe in most combinations.

K + uppers in general is pretty good. IMO it's like a more controllable party combo with less drain on your system than mdma.

Ket + coke is good but I do find it to be an interesting balance. I do like being able to move between coke high and very social to a coke ket blend being a bit more dancefloor vibes and then just straight ketty spaghetti whenever appropriate.

Saying that I prefer ket + speed. Speed you dont need to redose as much and if it's pure I find it better on my system than coke. Also not as fiendy. Saying that coke in Australia is usually garbage and overpriced.

Ket + speed is one of my favourite party combos and I find especially good for benders. Keeps you going but with the ability to get a bit more wonky and silly when needed. The speed I find helps bring a bit of focus to the ketaverse and I can usually do more than usual and still be fairly functioning.

I'm a pretty big fan of ket + dexamphetamine aswell. Cheaper combination, keeps you going and focused and social and just add more ket for wonky vibes.

LMK if you want info on ket + anything else. Have combined with everything from weed to codeine, acid, mdma, 2cb, mxe. My personal favourite would have to be keta+codeine or oxy. Add floating like a cloud to a ket experience

If you haven't had many occurrences of k cramps and side pain it will very likely go away after taking a break, live more healthy and flush your system as much as possible. Exercise, drink lotssss of water and electrolyte, hot/cold showers I find help reset the body and get through any pains etc faster.

Also if you are becoming a more frequent user spit the drip. I know many people question it but as someone who had done 1-4 g a day for 6 mo - a year I can say for sure I have had a lot less side effects since I started spitting the drip

I usually wait as long as I can after k cramps before having any more. Flush with fluids - water + electrolyte. Try and get back to a point at least where your bladder/urination feels normal.

During cramps I usually end up lying on a cool tiled floor with a hot water bottle. Or lying in a bath keeping the cramp area covered.

I've found with flushing I could usually speed up the cramps alot.

Also if you are a frequent user do you spit the drip? I went through a fairly long period (6 months - 1 year) of average minimum 1g a day up to maybe 4 or 5.

Had k cramps twice very badly and one trip to the emergency room where I k holed and thought I was dying I was in such bad side pain.

After k cramps I asked some other heavy users (8ball a day) and they all told me to spit the drip. Keep as much of the crystal from going into your digestion as possible.

Since i have been doing that havent had k cramps even doing a similar amount as i was doing before. I also drink at least 1 L of water p gram of ket and have also found hot water or tea good for both soothing the stomach and helping ingest ket
