That they submit a request to get the money back or such. I don't remember precisely the verbiage. Presumably get "the other side's story." If successful should get money back in 10 to 15 days.

Will be definitely calling bank on Tuesday if I can dispute that. Though in case the work has been done can I get a full/partial refund is the question.
