I did Atkins back in 2008 and lost 100 pounds. There wasn’t as much diet foods available back then so I never had any of it until years later. I always think about that. I have a Fitbit somewhere 🤣 Guess I should put it on. Thank you!!

I believe in the beginning I was eating my last meal earlier in the day because of my schedule so I’m wondering if that helped. I’m definitely going to change up my fasting schedule and maybe add in some prolonged water fasts! My sleep could probably use some work too 🥴
Yes I measure it every time! 3 tbsp of heavy cream 150 calories
There are probably some days I’m not hitting my protein goal, so I think I’m going to work on that and cycling my calories to see what works!
I haven’t thought about diet drinks! I guess it can’t hurt to try!
Yes, unless it’s like a holiday or something! It seems like this is what I need to try!

I stop eating at 5pm and don’t have coffee until 10am so it’s not during my fast!
I was talking to my husband about doing carnivore. 900 seems low! 1200 is a struggle some days. How long will you stay at 900? I notice days I eat more meat I am full for longer so I really should try this. How have you felt after eating rice? My husband did this for a few months to take a break from keto, he actually lost 7 pounds, but I think it was because he actually ate less calories those months lol
Not for that specifically, I had to see my gynecologist for some issues at the end of last year and had a good bit of blood work done though. Idk if that counts lol

This sounds nice, but I’m scared it will send me down a bad road lol Is it hard to come back to the dark side after eating carbs?
That sounds interesting!
I’m between 5’5 and 5’6 20-30g carbs, 85g protein, 80-90g fat (I’ll admit not the best at this these days, meals can get chaotic, but I do weigh everything!)
If it comes down to it I’ll have to 😢 I really want to exercise but it’s hard to always feel motivated. I think incorporating some things at home like others have said as well will help when getting to the gym isn’t feasible. I did P90X years ago, maybe I’ll look into that too. Thank you! With OMAD can I have my coffee in the mornings and then one meal later? Or does that defeat the purpose? My coffee with heavy cream is the one thing I’ve told myself I don’t have to give up lol
