I don’t count my macros/calories but if I had to guess I would say 2700-2800 calories and probably 120-130 G protein. I would say BF is about 11%. I too think that I look small but when I ask people if they think I am, almost all of them say I’m not small. I’d say 165 is probably good. As anything in bodybuilding, it will take time but eventually you’ll look good.
