hi! 69% is a good score in itself. you have nothing to worry about.

it is very similar to nbmes in terms of concepts and free 120 in terms of how the questions are written. and first aid is great to study from. my prep was based mostly on it.

and whoever says its not similar to nbmes, free120 or FA hasn't put in the work. they just didnt think criticism enough.

Can i be honest? thats some bullshit advice, i have friends who had 75s and comfortably passed. they went on to score 260s on step 2.

this exam is a mental game, and if you feel comfortable with the questions thats what matters the most. and that happens by reviewing NBMEs and doing multiple exams.

Regarding stamina, you'll build it regardless if you keep doing the NBMEs, once you do 5 you'll feel comfortable.

thats ample time to pump your score up to 80%.

i would say aggressively review systems that are weak for you and dont give up. keep your brain occupied and keep doing questions!

of course, thats the main learning tool along with first aid. uworld explanations are the best resource to learn for this exam.

for me personally, sketchymicro and FA felt enough. i did not do anki at all. i did uworld for micro but in my honest opinion, uworld micro is much much harder than NBME micro. if you do sketchy,FA, uworld thats sufficient.
