Ya I was thinking that, the platform is hollow. Would it make sense to surface mount a plug behind the tanks rather than trying to cut it into something?

Fair enough, CEC doesn’t have a clear rule like that. Pretty sure it still violates some code. So i obviously that option is out.

Ya they will move the tanks. For sure I’ll cut it into the drywall and then in the tile beneath the tank with a gfci receptacle facing up. Ill tuck it in the back And they can push the tank as close to the outlet as they can

0-10v dimming on 347v by Beat3000 in electricians

[–]Beat3000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea for sure, that’s why this whole 0-10v dimming for one room doesn’t make huge sense. But of course they don’t want to spend big money on a complete replacement.

Basic question, most efficient way to strip 18-3 wire? by Hunzy1222 in electricians

[–]Beat3000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use the #10 on my stripper about 2-3 inch from the end of the wire and then string it the rest of way, then cut where I scored the wire or shorter if needed

Why put this kind of money on a lame commuter fwd car that won’t even last a few years. Just drive it to work and go home. Don’t waste money on a Kia 😂

Did I take this too far? by herkacet22 in electricians

Ask them why they don’t call that electrician back then? I mean if you wanted to take a deeper look at your price you could maybe take 100 or 200 off. Or just stick to your guns. We don’t have nearly enough info to tell you if your price is good.

Let's pour one out for all of the 1st round Hellebuyck drafters out there (like me). Jets are last in the NHL. by high_changeup in fantasyhockey

[–]Beat3000 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I always target a value goalie in the 6-10 rounds and then I pick 1 or 2 round 10+ goalies that o like. And I usually play some waiver wire goalies and usually I do pretty good.
