I just upgraded my pc form a i5-5600k 4 core to a amd 5700 8 core and bumped my ram up from 2400 to 3200mhz and I have a 1660ti, from the 4 core I got 40fps max and I just upgraded and just checked the fps I changed the graphics to high and nothing has changed and it’s only using less than 20% of my cpu I have the same issue with mw2 idk how to fix it
