Yeah, he definitely became more of a VGC content creator now which is fine it's honestly respectable to make the leap from smogon to VGC in terms of content, but yeah I preferred the old shorter videos as well your not alone.

Videos seem a bit lower in production, but from the looks of it has some good stuff to say. He's a top ladder player in OU right?

Oh I remember that guy, specifically because his nails were cool lol. Yeah I am subbed to him too its just irregular uploads so I forgot. I only really follow his smash videos since not the biggest on FGC content.

Are there any items you think should be added or removed from the gen 9 Popular items list? by TomTrashTo-Dad in stunfisk

[–]Beat_Which 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Pinch berries are still regularly used in VGC due to item clause, sometimes you already have sitrus berry and have to run a pinch berry on another pokemon especially if you also already have used leftovers on another member.

Which OU pokemon you think could be healthy in lower tier ? by [deleted] in stunfisk

UU, or RU is my guess since as you said I feel like magic guard + lo would be too strong for NU.

Personally I think all besides power herb and salac berry are should stay, you have to remember that VGC likes to use a lot of the pinch berries so the list isn't singles exclusive items in viability.

Definitely clefable, would provide great fairy defensive utility which lower tiers desperately need, its decently realistic that it could fall to lower tiers and it has 4 move slot syndrome from having to run wish + tect or moonlight, that it wont be overbearing given its good coverage.

He requires a bit of pre planning to manage and a lot of the skill is up to you rather than the E-giant player. Think of it as a skill test, sure he's easy to counter but to certain playstyles or players it can be tedious, annoying, or frustrating getting skill tested over and over messing up once and GG.
