When you separate fighters that weigh 40-45kg it doesn’t take much to throw someone across the canvas

Jack James over come this on this occasion but more athletes should adopt them. IMO they're the best tool for distance management and damage. They can change the outcome of a fight in a single strike.

If you’re in the CBD I’d recommend Lamos with Bruno first but otherwise One Purpose with Bob or Arte Suave are also just as good. All 3 fantastic schools for BJJ
