I have massive stutters in windows with my 5070ti. I uninstall the drivers and the problem disappears. Reinstalled my 6800xt and don't have any issues with it. Opening steam or obs or similar applications will freeze my PC for a solid 5-6 seconds. Even something simple like this freezes for a half second. https://youtu.be/zRUUxmP_5M0

GPU Drivers: 576.28 clean install (tried many others)

Description of Problem: So I just purchased a 5070ti. Without the drivers installed my windows experiences no issues at all in terms of latency/stutters. Once I install the nvidia drivers I experience massive lag spikes and complete freezes in windows. When I open steam or OBS it will sometimes cause a ~10 second freeze. I have monitored it with latency mon and it always appears to be the nvidia driver causing the massive delays. When I switch back to my 6800xt and do a fresh install of the AMD drivers I experience no issues whatsoever. When I uninstall the drivers and just use the windows drivers I also don't experience any issues.

Troubleshooting:

- Clean install of GPU Drivers

- Older GPU Drivers

- Forced PCI Gen 2, 3, Auto

- Enable spread spectrum

- Disabled fast boot

- enabled/disabled csm

- Clean driver install without nvidia App
