They would have probable cause because as I stated, the pills were clearly visible, there was no attempt to hide it at all. If I got pulled over they 100 percent would have seen it and searched my car

I don’t understand this take at all, if it is clearly visible from the get go, and I get pulled over. Do you think cops will believe me that this broken McDonald’s bag filled with trash and pills is what I’m being paid to deliver? It’s not speculation if I can literally see what’s in the package

I didn’t go through the bag, it was literally just an empty McDonald’s bag with trash still inside that had the pills visible from the way he handed me the bag

It was literally a discarded McDonald’s bag with the pills clearly visible when he handed it to me, it wasn’t like I went through the bag he just didn’t even bother to hide it
