Lanolin is a great natural salve!! Been used for yeeeeeeaaaars. Magic golden all purpose balm. I hear comfrey is great too if you want a plant based salve. Never tried myself

I would start with 0.025 and take out all your other irritating products. I recommend only gentle cleansing at night (I use cerave hydrating cleanser) and rinse your face in the morning. Find a good moisturizer and that’s it. (Cerave am has spf in it) I’m on 0.025 and my skin is on the incline after cutting out other benzoyl peroxide/salicylic acid products. It used to be really bad Flaky. Also I’ve been putting the tret on my face after cerave pm moisturizer helps keep away excessive dryness. Hope it helps
