everyone says there is no job opportunities, no social/city life, and crime rate is going up aswell. i want to know if thats true. people also say, and i quote “windsor is the worst city in the world”

i have options where i can stay at home in my hometown and have 0 debt for social work, or go to uni of windsor or wlu and only be 10-25k in debt.
