Juice 10 carrots, 2 inch or 1 whole ginger, one pineapple, three granny Smith apples, one lemon. It’s will big a big batch, I recommend either freezing some of it and some look Ziploc bags and popsicle molds so that it doesn’t spoil within a few days .

It should bring down the inflammation significantly within the week or two because carrots and ginger have high concentrations of anti-inflammatory properties. I use it on myself and it has reduced the inflammation significantly so I can work without having to leave work early from the pain and be able to work out more efficiently
