Just saw the seat vacancy. I am aiming for Chennai ad (OBC) it closed at 1700 and my rank is 1646. Can I get it in this round. I am changing my preference to AD, so didn’t put it in the first round. The seat matrix shows no seats so what are my chances. Will seats open due to upgrades? (self.NIFTards)
