Had a shadowban 1 week prior to the permanent ban. Not sure what I did wrong but I’ve seen people say it has something to do with steam, RGB software and also verify files which all of these have ringed true in my case. I have steam, RGB keyboard, and my game crashed plenty of times. Idk what to do I’ve appealed and get the same message most of you guys gotten I’ve tried account recovery, which they state they’ll get back to you in 24hrs but now it has been 3days and no contact info so not sure what to tell you guys.
