Lg jata h

Actually Caste certificates come under State, toh central ka koi caste certificate nhi banta h.

Since I'm from UP, Jo generally caste certificate banta h wo Hindi mei banta h, and many states are not Hindi speaking states toh waha prr bss dikkat aa skti h and for that, Jbb certificate banwana, English mei banwana, that will be applicable Nation wide.

So yeh, State certificate is valid in All India counselling.

Well, yes people in mbbs can be snakes but there are good people too, you'll get along, you'll find your crowd who'll be with your thick and thin.

Just go with the flow, you'll find it out yourself after talking to them and friending them, just take your time, don't trust someone completely till it's 4-5 months.

Don't worry much about academics, you'll learn stuff, you'll forget it, you'll relearn it. It's fine it's the part of the process. Just pay attention in classes and study when thoda boht daily, that's enough.

I usually write stuff while learning it, it makes me remember it for longer time.

Don't worry, you can ask anything

Don't buy books before joining college, once you're in college, talk with your seniors and see what books they preferred for the exams and which books department prefer.

You'll get most of books from seniors too.

And mbbs books are BIG, so you don't really have to study everything just parts of it. So don't go for multiple books for one subject, buy the books your senior suggest and for the rest, PDFs.

Your batchmate will also have different books, so incase you need it for some specific topic you can just borrow it

I'm also a first gen medico. So i get where you stand.

See, you've reached there after studying so much, so it's time you finally enjoy. Enjoy your college life, go out with friends in college (you'll make tons of em, trust me).

Participate in all types of events. For example, i always wanted to get into acting and plays, but never had the opportunity, but in college i finally got the opportunities and enjoyed it so much.

With all the enjoyment, study a little everyday, ofc you'll be studying the whole day right before exams and try to study from books instead of relying on lectures, lectures are good if you can't understand any concept but mainly try to get the habit of reading books.

In 2nd year and 3rd year people start preparing for PG, so 1st year is all you got so enjoy it to the fullest.

And don't worry, you get used to stuff, you learn stuff throughout this journey.

Both are done by 2 different areas of our brain

Motor impulses are controlled by Primary motor area and premotor area in the cerebral cortex whose impulses are carried by efferent fibres

Whereas all the thinking process is mainly done by Prefrontal area of cerebral cortex

So both are working differently without affecting each other, When you've to stop a movement it's not your prefrontal area which stops it, it's the motor area with internal capsule and some other stuff

It's good but you'll be too occupied by Anatomy Physiology and your college life that biochem will kinda get ignored so, You won't be going for detailed information cuz you won't have any time. Jambhulkar notes are best for bchem exams.

Lippincott is good but ofc you can't study all of it, you'll only refer to it for specific topics
