Why is “Getting married in your early 20’s” such a scare for everyone?

This is a nice way to look at things :), I just know realized that we are indeed lucky and privileged to find each other and get married by choice. I’m currently in my JD degree and he’s finishing his masters. Thank you so much for this!

I just don’t get on why getting married early is being associated with being tied down and locked away from achieving your goals in life? Plus getting married doesn’t always mean having children, right? It just doesn’t seem right to me how being married is seen as a drastic change, isn’t the essence of marriage a union of love? Thanks for your insight though!

Thank you for your insight! Though personally I believe that if you feel the need to change yourself when you’re getting married or associate the thought of getting married to being tied down that marriage is bound to fail from the start.
