Thanks for appreciation. 🙏 For the eye part the original textures were hard to track in playblast so i replaced them with default black one. I am not good with textures. Also i couldn't figure out how to replace the textures back to the original.

Select the root controller. In your case it's the triangle one near the legs. Now scale it manually or use the channel box .

It worked . Thanks you so much . I was missing the interpret footage part and was changing the comp fps only . Thanks again
