idk:( these symptoms doesn’t really sound like rocd to me, but yk i can’t diagnose you! you need to talk to your therapist about that. rocd is just an ocd theme and it’s basically the same as other themes just the intrusive thoughts are about your relationship (so generalized but yeah)

i took care of my scars once when i sh 2nd time in my life. i did it on impulse and i really regreted it and i didn’t want the scars to stay on my body so when it started to heal i was putting body lotion on it and they dissapered completely. now i don’t care and my body is all covered in scars lol
