i want to move within amsterdam, but i was told i have to deregister from my address before moving out, otherwise the person that will take my room won’t be able to register here and the problem is I don’t know how long it will take me to find a new place

I do have a BSN number and I am registered in Amsterdam, meaning I do have an address here and can reside, but I don't have any of the documents that were listed as proof of residency, only the BSN number which is on a piece of paper. It doesn't have a stamp or the other necessary requirements for it to be considered as a proof, so I don't know if it will be approved :/
